The Groundwork Collective Foundations Course
You're carrying a lot. The noise is relentless: work, family, the news, the weight of it all stacking up with no clear end in sight. You're on auto-pilot, reacting before you can respond, and you can't quite remember what steadiness feels like.
It doesn't have to be this way.
Foundations is a four-week course that builds the practices, rhythm, and capacity to actually inhabit your life again. Not optimize it. Not survive it. Inhabit it.

I can help
You already know what matters.
Let's build the ground beneath it
You're trying to show up for what matters, and you're running on empty.
You're pretty sure there's more to life than this, but you can't quite access it.
You're done with the bubble-bath version of self-care. It stopped working a while ago.
You know you need something foundational, not another productivity hack.
You want to build a life you're proud to lead, but you're depleted before the week even ends.
SAVE MY SPOT!
The 4-Week Foundations course
Foundations teaches you four practices that build the presence, regulation, clarity, and connection that change how your life feels from the inside.
"I'm so grateful I joined the Groundwork Collective Foundations course. Meditation and movement had been a big part of my life until a couple of years ago, and these weekly classes gently brought me back to that. Stress used to overwhelm me — now, even when I can't get to my mat, I have Rebecca's voice reminding me to slow down and breathe."

CONNECTION
CLARITY
REGULATION
Presence
The most sustainable, and maybe the most challenging, practice is one held in relationship. You'll practice being witnessed, accountable, and supported. Not performing, competing, or comparing.
Pillar

The 4-Week Groundwork Foundations Course
Pillar
1
Not as escape. As infrastructure. You'll learn to access stillness as a functional capacity, not a luxury, drawn from twenty-two years of Tibetan Buddhist practice, translated for modern life.
Pillar
2
Your body holds more wisdom than your calendar, or any other hack you've tried. You'll build practices that integrate somatic awareness, so the way you actually move through your days starts to change.
3
Making things (writing, drawing, noticing) isn't a hobby. It's how you process, integrate, and reconnect to what you actually think and who you actually are.
The 4-Week Foundations Course is right for you if:
You want to feel steady, clear, and present in your days, not just less busy.
You want to think clearly and trust your own judgment again.
You want something real and foundational, not another stress-management technique.
You're ready to do the daily work that actually builds capacity, not just relieves pressure.
You care about sustaining yourself over decades, not just getting through this month.
You're in the right place!
SAVE MY SPOT!
Not peak performance. Not optimization. Full presence: the ability to be truly in the room for the conversations, decisions, and moments that deserve all of you.
No. 5
The groundwork is already there. We're just going to find it together.
By the End of Your Course You Will Have:
No. 2
No. 1
Not a four-week experiment you abandon in week five. Each of the four pillars, meditation, movement, creativity, and community, will be introduced, practiced, and integrated in a way that makes them genuinely yours.
Most people have never been asked to map what genuinely replenishes them versus what merely distracts them. By week four, you'll have a working map of your own essential ecosystem: the specific conditions, practices, and connections that keep you rooted, and the quiet drains you've been tolerating without naming them.
No. 3
Not a rigid schedule. A living structure, flexible enough for real life, consistent enough to actually work.
No. 4
The practices only matter if they hold when things get hard. You'll develop a direct relationship with resistance, the part of you that skips the practice when you need it most, and learn to work with overwhelm as information rather than evidence that something is wrong with you.
What Alumni are saying
"The Groundwork Foundsations course was worth every minute. The visualizations let me actually feel what a calmer, more grounded life could be like — not just picture it. The meditation and Rebecca's guidance helped me start living closer to that. I noticed it most when stress hit: instead of reacting, I had a beat to choose how I wanted to respond. As a mom with a full-time job, I don't sign up for much — my time has to count. This did. Four weeks later, I'm more present for my family, my friends, and my work."

"Place a powerful testimonial here for social proof. Use feedback from clients or anyone else who have worked with you on a topic aligned with what you will teach in your course.
The goal is to instantly support the claim that your expertise can help potential students achieve similar results."

I remember what it felt like before any of this: functioning was the only option, and feeling anything else was a luxury I couldn't afford.
That's what sent me into my first meditation class over twenty years ago, and it's what eventually took me into international peacebuilding and humanitarian work, supporting people navigating some of life's most impossible situations. I've spent close to fifteen years in that world, working alongside leaders under real pressure, in real crises, where there was no room for performance, only what actually holds up.
What I learned there is what Foundations is built on: sustainable impact doesn't come from bypassing what's hard. It comes from the internal infrastructure you bring to it.
I don't work with people who want to cope better. I work with people who want the capacity to lead, to parent, to build something that matters, without losing themselves in the process.
